1. Services Provided

Alpha HVAC & Electric provides professional HVAC design, electrical installations, and energy optimization services. All work is performed by licensed journeyman electricians and certified HVAC technicians in compliance with Seattle and Washington State codes.

2. Estimates and Pricing

• Free Estimates: Apply to new system installations and energy-efficient upgrades.

• Transparent Pricing: We provide a detailed cost breakdown before work begins. Any changes to the scope of work will be documented and approved by the customer.

• Payment: Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior financing or billing arrangements have been made.

3. Warranties

We offer up to a 12-year labor warranty on qualifying installations. Manufacturer warranties on parts (e.g., SEER 16+ units, furnaces) are subject to the specific manufacturer’s terms. Warranty claims are void if the system has been tampered with by unauthorized third parties.

4. Emergency and Cancellation

• 24/7 Support: While we strive for immediate response, emergency dispatch is subject to technician availability and weather conditions.

• Cancellations: We request 24-hour notice for the cancellation of non-emergency appointments to avoid potential rescheduling fees.

5. Liability

Alpha HVAC & Electric is licensed and insured. We are not responsible for pre-existing code violations or structural issues discovered during the course of repair or installation that were not visible during the initial estimate.
